UNILOOP is committed to providing a safe, professional, and inclusive telehealth platform for all merchants, providers, clinics, staff, and patients. Use of the platform requires compliance with this Code of Conduct at all times.
Professionalism and Respect
- Treat all staff, patients, partners, and stakeholders with courtesy and respect—no harassment, abuse, or bullying of any kind is tolerated.
- Communicate in a professional tone, using clear, accurate, and non-inflammatory language.
No Discrimination or Harassment Allowed
- No discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any protected class.
- Uniloop maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior anywhere on our platform.
Data Privacy, Security, and Confidentiality
- Protect all patient, merchant, and clinical data as required by HIPAA and US law.
- Never share PHI or personal data outside appropriate workflows or with unapproved users.
- Report any suspected data breach or misuse to our compliance team immediately at privacy@uniloop.com.
Appropriate Use and Role Respect
- Only access data, features, or APIs for which your role and permissions provide access. No attempts to work around security controls, probe APIs, or otherwise misuse platform data.
- Use the platform only for lawful, clinical, or compliance purposes – not personal, advertising, or non-permitted activity.
Reporting Problems
- Anyone may report a violation or concern via hello@uniloop.com. Retaliation for good-faith reporting is not permitted.
Breach of Conduct
- Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal at the discretion of our compliance/legal team.
- Uniloop will always follow legal and regulatory procedures, including reporting, as needed under US law and HIPAA.
